Privacy – Duotile
Controller: Roland Konstacky, Am Sommerberg 4/2, 3062 Kirchstetten, Österreich · E-Mail: rk.projekte@gmx.at
Game: progress and settings stay in your browser only (local storage). No ads, no tracking, no cookies set by us.
Online ranking (only if you switch it on): your chosen player name, a random player number, puzzle type, day, points, time and hints are stored to show the ranking (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Switch it off in the game at any time; ask us to delete your entries.
Contact form / email: name, email and message are used only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Instead of your IP address we keep a daily changing check value against spam. Messages are deleted from the server within 30 days after we fetched them; replies are rule-based – no AI service receives your message. Email is handled by GMX (1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Germany).
Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. delivers this server and the ranking; it necessarily processes IP addresses for this. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The game page and payment are run by itch.io (itch corp) under its own privacy policy.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability – write to rk.projekte@gmx.at. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
